Online Visa Appointment System - Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Pretoria

To make your visa appointment online, please follow the following procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.

Please note:

• You must book a separate appointment for each person. This also applies to family members who travel together.
• You can make an appointment maximum three months prior to your departure date.
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip, otherwise you can't make an appointment (also not by phone).
• Your confirmation e-mail has a link to our website, where you can find all the specific requirements for your visa-type and the important details.

To book an appointment for a GROUP please send an e-mail to pre-ca@minbuza.nl so that a special arrangement can be made.
